Text
Any city with a commission form of government and having a population of over 125,000 and less than 200,000 may lease public parking facilities for a term of not more than fifteen (15) years. In addition to such other terms as may be negotiated and agreed to, the lease shall provide that the lessee will offer the parking facilities for the use of the public or that such parking facilities will be used in conjunction with a place of public accommodation, such as hotels, motels or restaurants.
