§ 12-2111 — Purpose of act

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 21 REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL

It is the purpose of this act to enable cities to prevent insanitary and dangerous conditions caused by the accumulation of garbage and trash. Nothing herein shall limit the existing power of cities to prohibit and abate nuisances.
