§ 12-2014 — Severability

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 20 FRANCHISES

If any clause, paragraph, subsection or section of this act shall be held invalid, it shall be conclusively presumed that the legislature would have enacted the remainder of this act without such invalid clause, paragraph, subsection or section.
