§ 12-1766 — Same; use of certain building levy to prepay rent

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 17 BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND GROUNDS

If any city or school district has heretofore established a building fund levy such city or school district may use all or any part of such building fund levy to prepay rent under any lease to be made with any such public building commission.
