§ 12-1760 — Same; powers of commission

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 17 BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND GROUNDS

A public building commission authorized under this act shall have power to do all things necessary or incidental to the purpose of constructing or acquiring or enlarging, furnishing and equipping and operating and maintaining buildings to be made available for use by governmental agencies.
