§ 12-1683 — Conduct of activities of museums; acceptance of gifts

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 16 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Any city or school district or museum board given charge of a community historical museum pursuant to this act is authorized to conduct the activities of the museum on any property under its custody and management, or, with proper consent, on any other public property and upon private property with the consent of the owners, and may receive gifts from any source whatsoever.
