§ 12-1671 — Certain investments; exception to cash-basis law

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 16 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Investments and time deposit certificates authorized by law and held by municipalities as defined in K.S.A. 10-1101 shall be considered cash for purposes of the cash-basis law.
