§ 12-1655 — Same; validation of prior leases

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 16 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Any lease such as described in K.S.A. 12-1654 which has been made by a city of the second class prior to the effective date of this act is hereby legalized and validated.
