Text
Any city treasurer violating any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon the conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than thirty nor more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, for each offense.
