Text
(a)No building code, ordinance, resolution, regulation or rule of any political subdivision of the state shall prohibit or limit the use of refrigerants that are approved and listed for use under 42 U.S.C. § 7671k or the regulations promulgated thereunder, if any equipment containing such refrigerant is used and installed in accordance with the provisions of 42 U.S.C. § 7671k or the regulations promulgated thereunder, including any safety standards or use conditions. Any part of any building code, ordinance, resolution, regulation or rule of any political subdivision of the state that violates this section shall be null and void.
