Nothing in this act shall be construed to allow any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or combination thereof to engage in the practice of engineering as defined by K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto, without having first received a license or authorization to practice engineering by the Kansas state board of technical professions.
