Text
All political subdivisions and quasi-municipal corporations of this state, except for counties, cities and school districts, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the board of county commissioners of any county in which all or part of any such political subdivision or quasi-municipal corporations are located, whereby said board of county commissioners, with or without a consideration, shall cause the books, records and other financial statements of such political subdivision or quasi-municipal corporations to be audited at the same time the annual county audit is made.
