§ 12-1414 — Same; tax levies

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 14 CEMETERIES

The governing body shall provide for the payment of the cost of such improvements by installments of equal amounts in each year, and shall make a levy upon all of the property in the city each year to pay the interest and installments on such bonds, which levy shall be in addition to any other levies heretofore authorized.
