§ 12-1403 — Same; township tax levy for site; limitation

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 14 CEMETERIES

For the purpose of providing a fund to obtain land for cemetery purposes, the township trustees shall have authority to levy a tax upon all of the taxable tangible property in such township.
