§ 12-1304 — Same; park control and regulations

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 13 PARKS, PUBLIC SQUARES AND MARKET SQUARES

City parks so established shall be under the control of the governing body of said cities, who shall provide for the establishing and care of the same out of the funds raised as aforesaid, and shall make suitable regulations for the care and government of such parks.
