Text
The treasurer of said library district shall give bond in an amount fixed and approved by the board of said library district for the safekeeping and due disbursement of all funds which may come into his or her hands as such treasurer. Said bond shall be filed with the county clerk of the county in which said district is located. Such treasurer shall keep an accurate record of all money and property received and disbursed by him or her and make a report thereof monthly to the library board, or, as often as said board may require.
