Text
After a county or township has participated in a regional library for not less than three (3) years, such county or township may vote to establish and maintain a separate library, and upon so voting shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the regional library. The withdrawal of a county or township from a regional library shall be effective on May first following the vote to establish a separate library. Upon the withdrawal of a participating county or township, such county or township shall be entitled to its fractional share (based upon the number of participating counties or townships) of the property and funds on hand and to be collected from levies made, of the regional library.
