§ 12-11a11 — Same; use and disposition of revenue by cities

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 11a LAW ENFORCEMENT

All moneys derived from taxes levied by a city under the authority of K.S.A. 12-11a09 shall be placed in a special law enforcement fund and shall be used only for the purposes authorized under the provisions of K.S.A. 12-11a06.
