§ 12-10a08 — City council as policy-making body; meetings

Kansas·Ch. 12 CITIES AND MUNICIPALITIES·Art. 10a MODIFIED MAYOR-COUNCIL FORM OF GOVERNMENT
The city council shall act as the policy-making body of the city. It shall meet at least once a month, or more often if the public business requires. A call signed by four (4) members of the council shall be sufficient warrant for a special meeting.
