§ 11-210 — Data used for grant applications

Kansas·Ch. 11 CENSUS·Art. 2 POPULATION OR CENSUS STATISTICS; APPLICATION
Notwithstanding the provisions of K.S.A. 11-321, and amendments thereto, and K.S.A. 11-201a, and amendments thereto, for the purpose of making applications for grants, the secretary of state and any political subdivision of the state may use any census data available.
