§ 10-813 — Same; nonpayment of warrant for lack of funds tolls time period for cancellation

Kansas·Ch. 10 BONDS AND WARRANTS·Art. 8 WARRANTS
In case any warrant has been presented to the state treasurer prior to the time the warrant could be canceled pursuant to K.S.A. 10-811, and amendments thereto, and has been stamped "not paid for want of funds," the time periods for cancellation provided for in K.S.A. 10-811, and amendments thereto, shall be tolled until the warrants are called for payment by the state treasurer.
