§ 10-105 — Signing and execution of bonds by municipal officers and boards of trustees of community colleges; interest coupons

Kansas·Ch. 10 BONDS AND WARRANTS·Art. 1 GENERAL BOND LAW
Bonds issued by any county shall be signed by the chairperson of the board of county commissioners and attested by the county clerk under the seal of the county. Bonds issued by any city shall be signed by the mayor and attested by the city clerk under the seal of the city. Bonds issued by any township shall be signed by the trustee, attested by the township clerk and countersigned by the township treasurer. Bonds issued by any school district shall be signed by the president of the board of education, attested by the clerk and countersigned by the treasurer of the board. Bonds issued by any community college shall be signed by the chairperson of the board of trustees, attested by the secretary and countersigned by the treasurer of the board.
