Text
Every municipal treasurer, shall upon the expiration of his or her term of office deliver to his or her successor the warrant register containing the list of warrants or warrant checks originally recorded and countersigned, and presented and registered, who shall in all things act as though the entries of such warrants or warrant checks were made by such successor.
