Text
On the maturity of any registered bond, it shall be forwarded by the holder to the state treasurer, who shall collect the same and pay the proceeds to the last registered holder thereof. All fees collected under the provisions of this act shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the bond services fee fund established under K.S.A. 10-108, and amendments thereto.
