§ 10-429 — Same; terms; installments; maturity dates

Kansas·Ch. 10 BONDS AND WARRANTS·Art. 4 REFUNDING BONDS
Bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed the maximum rate of interest prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009, and shall mature within a period of thirty-one (31) years from and after the date of issuance of such bonds.
