Kan. Stat. Ann. § 10-429 (2026).

Text

Bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed the maximum rate of interest prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009, and shall mature within a period of thirty-one (31) years from and after the date of issuance of such bonds.
