Text
The state treasurer shall refuse to register any bonds, if any coupons attached thereto are not printed in accordance with K.S.A. 10-126, and amendments thereto. No municipality shall attach to any bond issued by such municipality interest coupons having different rates of interest, and the state treasurer shall refuse to register any bonds issued after the effective date of this act which do not comply with this requirement.
