Text
Whenever any election is required to authorize the acquisition of land for, or the making of any public improvement, and such proposition is coupled with the proposition of the issuance of bonds and the levy of taxes to pay for the same, such election shall be held in all respects as provided for bond elections alone, except when such election is held at the same time as a general election.
