§ 9-22-3-37 — Violations as deceptive acts; action by attorney general; remedies and penalties

A person who violates this chapter (other than section 4 of this chapter) commits a deceptive act that is actionable by the attorney general and is subject to the remedies and penalties under IC 24-5-0.5. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-3.6-17.]
