§ 9-21-8-51 — Blinding lights; failure to dim

Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 21 TRAFFIC REGULATION·Ch. 8 Vehicle Operation

A person may not:

(1)operate a vehicle; and
(2)fail to dim bright or blinding lights when meeting another vehicle or pedestrian. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-56.2.]
