§ 9-21-8-50 — Reckless operation of a tractor-trailer combination; Class B misdemeanor
A person who operates a tractor-trailer combination in a reckless or deliberate attempt to:
(1)endanger the safety or property of others; or
(2)block the proper flow of traffic;
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
