§ 9-21-8-49 — Violations; Class C infraction; Class A infraction if bodily injury; exceptions

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b) or as provided in sections 35, 50, 52, 55, 56, and 58 of this chapter, a person who violates this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
(b)Except as provided in sections 35, 50, 52, 55, 56, 58, and 59 of this chapter, a person who violates this chapter in a manner that results in bodily injury to a person commits a Class A infraction. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citations: 9-4-1-127.1(b) part; 9-8-12-6.]
