A person who violates this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor, except as provided in IC 9-21-8-56(d), IC 9-21-8-56(f), IC 9-21-8-56(g), and IC 9-21-8-56(h). [Pre-1991 Recodification Citations: 9-4-6-2; 9-4-6-3.]
