§ 9-21-12-14 — School bus; directional signal
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 21 TRAFFIC REGULATION·Ch. 12 School Buses; Fire and Emergency Vehicles
Before a driver changes the direction of a
school bus, the driver shall use a directional signal to indicate the
change at least one hundred (100) feet before the driver turns. A school
bus driver who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits
a Class C misdemeanor.
