Text

Before a driver changes the direction of a school bus, the driver shall use a directional signal to indicate the change at least one hundred (100) feet before the driver turns. A school bus driver who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class C misdemeanor. [Pre-2005 Elementary and Secondary Education Recodification Citation: 20-9.1-5-15.]
