(a)As used in this section, "good faith effort to
verify the age of the purchaser of the e-liquid" means:
(1)verifying the age of the purchaser in a commercially available
database; or
(2)obtaining a photocopy of a government issued identification;
that indicates the birth date or age of the purchaser.
(b)A person who knowingly or intentionally ships an e-liquid
without first making a good faith effort to verify the age of the
purchaser of the e-liquid commits a Class C infraction.
