§ 7.1-1-2-1 — Construction
Construction. This title is an exercise of the
police powers of the state. The classifications and differentiations made
in this title are real and are actually and substantially related to the
accomplishment of the purposes of this title. The provisions of this title
shall be liberally construed so as to effectuate the purposes of this title.
