§ 7.1-7-4-1 — Permit; application; e-liquids manufactured before July 1, 2017
(a)A manufacturer of e-liquid may not mix,
bottle, package, or sell e-liquid to retailers, consumers, or distributors
in Indiana without a permit issued by the commission under this article.
(b)An e-liquid manufactured by an e-liquids manufacturer
approved by the commission under this article before July 1, 2017, may
be distributed and sold for retail until the expiration date of the
e-liquid.
(c)A manufacturing permit issued by the commission is valid for
five (5) years. A manufacturing permit issued by the commission under
this article before July 1, 2017, does not expire before July 1, 2020.
(d)An initial application for a manufacturing permit must include
the following:
(1)The name, telephone number, and address of the applicant.
