Text
The commission has the following duties and responsibilities:
(1)To require the submission of information necessary to
implement this article.
(2)To issue permits.
(3)To charge fees as set forth in this article. The fees charged
under this subdivision may not exceed the actual costs incurred by
the commission.
(4)To approve or deny a permit application made under IC 7.1-7-4 within sixty (60) days of receiving the application.
