Indiana Statutes
§ 7.1-7-2-11 — "Employee"
"Employee" means a person who works
directly in the service of another person under an express or implied
contract of hire, and the employer has the direct right to control the
details of work performance. The term does not include a person who
works for any independent subcontractor, temporary service provider,
or an entity or person not under the direct full control of the employer.
