§ 7.1-5-9-6 — Liquor wholesaler's interests limited
(a)It is unlawful for the holder of a liquor
wholesaler's permit to have an interest in a beer permit of any type
under this title.
(b)A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
