§ 7.1-5-9-10 — Retailer's permittee having interest in manufacturer's or wholesaler's permit

(a)Except as provided in subsection (b), it is unlawful for a holder of a retailer's permit of any type to acquire, hold, own, or possess an interest of any type in a manufacturer's or wholesaler's permit of any type.
(b)It is lawful for a holder of a retailer's permit of any type to acquire, hold, own, or possess an interest of any type in any of the following:
(1)A brewer's permit issued under IC 7.1-3-2-2(b).
(2)An artisan distiller's permit issued under IC 7.1-3-27-2.
(3)A farm winery permit issued under IC 7.1-3-12-3.
(4)A distiller's permit under IC 7.1-3-7-1, if the holder of the distiller's permit also holds an interest in an artisan distiller's permit as described in IC 7.1-3-27-2.
(c)It is lawful for the holder of a food hall vendor's permit under IC 7.1-3-20-30 to acquire
