§ 7.1-5-8-1 — Hindering enforcement of title prohibited
It is a Class C misdemeanor for a person to recklessly hinder, obstruct, interfere with, or prevent the observance or enforcement of any of the following:
(1)A provision of this title.
(2)A rule or regulation of the commission adopted in the
administration of this title.
