Text

A permittee shall have the right to demand of a customer a signed written statement, on a form prescribed by the commission, that the customer is not a minor. It is a Class C infraction for a minor to misrepresent his age on the statement. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-2-1-9(d).] Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
