§ 7.1-5-7-3 — Possession of false identity

(a)It is a Class C infraction for a minor to have in the minor's possession false or fraudulent evidence of majority or identity with the intent to violate a provision of this title.

(b)It is a Class C infraction for a minor to have in the minor's possession false or fraudulent evidence of majority or identity with the intent to purchase a tobacco product as provided in IC 35-46-1-10.5.
