Text
It is a Class B misdemeanor for a permittee to
knowingly or intentionally permit a minor to be in or around the
licensed premises after receiving written notice from the parent,
guardian, or other person having custody of the minor that the minor is
in fact a minor and directing that the minor be excluded from the
licensed premises.
