(a)Except as provided in section 6 of this
chapter, it is unlawful for a person to sell, dispense, give away, furnish,
or supply or serve to a person, an alcoholic beverage, from a container
other than the original container in which the liquor was contained at
the time it was purchased by the seller, dispenser, giver, or person
serving it.
(b)A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
