Text
(a)It is unlawful for a carrier or a person
acting or assuming to act for a carrier, to deliver an alcoholic beverage
in this state to a person, or at a place, other than the person, or place,
or both, designated in the bill of lading or transportation contract.
(b)It is unlawful for a person to accept for transportation a shipment
containing an alcoholic beverage, knowing that the shipment is
intended for a person not permitted to receive it under the provisions
of this title, or under a rule of the commission.
(c)A person who knowingly or intentionally violates subsection (a),
or who violates subsection (b), commits a Class B misdemeanor.
