Text
(a)It is unlawful for a consignee to accept or
receive a package that contains an alcoholic beverage upon which
appears a statement, label, address, superscription, shipping direction,
legend, or design which the person knows is false or misleading.
(b)It is unlawful for a carrier, or other person, to consign, ship,
transport, or deliver a package that contains an alcoholic beverage if
the person knows that a statement, label, address, superscription,
shipping direction, legend, or design on it is false or misleading.
(c)A person who violates subsection (a) or (b) commits a Class B
misdemeanor.
