Text
(a)It is unlawful for the holder of a carrier's
alcoholic permit to import or transport alcoholic beverages in a vehicle
that has not been registered with the commission as required by this
title.
(b)A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
