Text
Purchase from Non-Permittee Prohibited. It is
a Class C infraction for a person knowingly to purchase, or to agree to
purchase, an alcoholic beverage from a person who does not at the time
of the purchase hold a permit authorizing the seller to sell, or agree to
sell, the alcoholic beverage to the purchaser.
