§ 7.1-5-10-3 — Unauthorized dealings prohibited

(a)It is unlawful for a person who is not a permittee to recklessly give away or furnish, to a person other than a guest or a member of the permittee's family, or to recklessly sell, barter, or exchange, an alcoholic beverage unless the permittee is expressly authorized to do so by this title.
