§ 7.1-5-10-3 — Unauthorized dealings prohibited
(a)It is unlawful for a person who is not a
permittee to recklessly give away or furnish, to a person other than a
guest or a member of the permittee's family, or to recklessly sell, barter,
or exchange, an alcoholic beverage unless the permittee is expressly
authorized to do so by this title.
(b)A person who violates this section commits a Class B
misdemeanor.
